Happy thursday guys! As you can see I have injected my page with this very colourful collection, this is due to the fact that I am still poorly and I just needed something to perk me up as I should have always been especially when rushing to go to work!lol. 

Anyway, I am a huge green fan (as I have mentioned in some of my earlier posts) and this particular shade marries well with the current season.  It's lively, make you feel younger and most of all definitely stands out in the crowd. Some pieces on top are my favorite/on-my-wishlists and one of the must haves that I have in my wardrobe too. :)

DIY with Polyvore: Lace and Shorts

Hello guys! It's midweek now.. not long till it's another weekend.. yay!:) Well today, I am very poorly so I can't do  much.. But still I have a little  treat for you ladies and this is a very easy-peasy mini project perfect for this festivals month or even something to wear for the summer. Polyvore is a very interesting site where fashion meets creativity. Last Monday I have seen this post in their facebook  account, a DIY project to revamp that denim shorts and I am very eager to share this with you. 

So you need your goody denim shorts, pearl head pins,  lace and of course
your sewing kit!:)

That's really easy right? You can always add up other embellishments to the lace like beads with colours,   depends on what you really fancy. When I feel better I will really try one for myself too. :)

Sneak Peek: The Shoreditch Fashion Show (and so much more!) 2013

Yesterday I received an exciting email regarding an upcoming event in the heart of East London and a not so far place from where we live. And yes, as the title of this  post says, it's The Shoreditch Fashion Show 2013. What's exciting is that it's much more than just a fashion show... The event along with a catwalk will have live music, a surprise headliner, DJs, and will also feature  not just clothes, but fashion illustrations and photography as well.  This will be held at The Hoxton Docks, on the 27th of April 2013 (Saturday).

One of the highlights of this event is showcasing the independent designers, from 28 finalists and now, narrowed down to top 10 (see the top 10 list here). The judges, headed by the fashion icon Mischa Barton, alongside with indie,  pop senstation Eliza Doolittle, and last but not the least the founder of renowned fashion brand 'Serge De Nimes', Oliver Proudlock will select the top 2 designers which will showcase their collections at the final event. And of course, all three judges will be there too!:)

The event is supported by different global brands such as Wired Magazine, Tiger Beer, Vita Coco, and Young threads and Serge De Nimes.  

So you can't blame me if I got super excited while reading this email and of course I am definitely going!:)

A Beautiful Day

Happy Sunday guys!:) I haven't been on radar lately as other things got in the way of my blogging duties. :(

Well for today it was very bright and sunny and of course, we wanted to make the most out of this lovely day and it was extra fun as well as we were with our dear friend and flat mate Fria. We decided to take a 'little' tour in one of the most interesting spots in Central London and we were amazed with this particular area near the Royal Albert Hall as it was very serene and a very historic part of London. So here's what has transpired for today :)

Our Easter

Hello there my dearest readers! Hope you all had a fun and meaningful Easter Sunday. Mine was really great, spent the day well with God and of course with my loved ones. The weather wasn't too bad at all as it started to be sunny and not very chilly at all.

Today I wore a white chiffon top, matched with a patterned trousers which are both comfy and not too much for this humble occasion.

Here's what I have for you for today and hope you  had enjoyed this day as much as I did with my husband, our friends, and of course, with God,  who blessed us with so much more than  we ever prayed for. Have a blessed Monday guys!:)
